Participation is open to all students currently enrolled in the 8th through 12th grades.
The event will be hosted at the PES University campus in Bengaluru.
There are no registration fees required to participate.
Outstation participants are eligible to receive a reimbursement for one-way travel expenses, covering fares up to 2-Tier A/C.
While independent local transport arrangements must be made by the participants, a dedicated guide will be assigned to personally receive at the airport or railway station upon arrival to assist and direct the participants to their respective stays.
Accompanying teachers/coordinators are fully accommodated and may stay with the outstation students.
